Ezra Miller pleads guilty to trespassing charges

Ezra Miller, star of The Flash, is reportedly expected to plead guilty to unlawful trespassing charges in a burglary case in Vermont.

Miller had been accused of stealing three bottles of alcohol from someone’s home. However, the other two charges of burglary and a petit larceny charge will be dropped following negotiations between the parties.

Miller is currently expected to plead guilty on January 13. Court documents show that prosecutors are proposing Miller faces 89 to 90 days in a suspended sentence, one year’s probation, and a $500 fine.

Back in October, Miller pleaded not guilty to felony burglary charges. A conviction of that would have landed Miller nearly 25 years in prison.

Ezra Miller is currently entrenched in other legal issues, including ones in Hawaii, Massachusetts, and North Dakota. The legal issues nearly put The Flash and Miller’s role as the superhero in jeopardy, However, DC is moving forward with Miller in the role.

Miller apologized for their behavior back in August 2022, saying they were suffering from “complex mental health issues” and had begun treatment.

“I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life,” Miller said in a statement at the time.
