Xbox Game Pass is a big deal in the gaming world. Its subscription model gives users access to over 100 games, as well as day 1 video game releases. With its popularity, games come and go on the service every month. As 2022 comes to end (that’s actually insane to say), Xbox Game Pass is going to be losing a few more games.

  • Scarlet Nexus
  • Embr
  • Iron Harvest
  • Outer Wild
  • The Pedestrian
  • Gorogoa
  • Tropico 6
  • Immortal Realms
  • Secret Neighbor

If you want to play these games before they make their departure from Xbox Game Pass, you still can. Until the last day of 2022, the games will be available. However, once we hit January 2023, you won’t be able to play them.

If you really like these games and want to purchase them, Xbox Game Pass typically allows players to buy games at a special 20% discount available to subscribers only. With the holiday season rolling in, there’s definitely plenty of discounts going on as well. So, chances are, you’ll be able to save big on these games and more.

Xbox Game Pass recently lost another major title this month. Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age was published by Square Enix back in 2017 and had really high ratings upon release. It is also in the top ten highest-rated Xbox games of all time.

It was available on Game Pass for quite some time, but was removed earlier this month. It’s a pretty major hit for fans of the game.

Still, with so many new games being added all the time, you’ll have plenty of fun no matter what. But yes, you’ll have to deal with the potential of Xbox Game Pass losing some of your favorites.

Is Xbox Game Pass Worth it?

We wrote an entire review about this, which you can check out right here. However, yes, it’s worth it. The price-points are also great, and you can subscribe today for $1 only for your first month.

If you don’t like Xbox Game Pass, you can unsubscribe at any time and then resubscribe if you want to later. For the amount of games it gives you, you’re definitely getting value for your money.

There are three tiers to Xbox Game Pass: Console-only, PC-only, and Ultimate. For the best deal, Ultimate is definitely the best. It gives you access to great deals, perks, points, console and PC games, and so much more.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also frequently gives players bonuses and free trials to other services. So, if you want to give it a go, sign up today.
