The 'Black Adam' First Reactions Are In And They Are Overwhelmingly Positive

Black Adam is DC’s newest ambitious project as the studio finds itself facing major issues regarding their revenue and film reception. However, there is good news incoming for the studio as the newest trailer for the film has sparked positive online reviews from well-known critics.

The film will star Dwayne Johnson who plays the role of antihero Teth-Adam, who is born into slavery and eventually gains powers comparable to that of the hero Shazam.

The film shows his shift from a slave in ancient Egypt to a villainous superman with a distorted view on justice, beginning to use his powers to wipe out all of the Earth’s criminals. The trailer has been described as “epic on every level” and “brutal in the best of ways.” Here are some of the comments made by major critics on Twitter.
