Assassin's Creed Mirage may release in August

The long-awaited upcoming 13th entry in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, may have just had its release window revealed. It looks like we might be seeing Assassin’s Creed Mirage release in August. However, do note that this is still an unconfirmed rumor. Previously, it was known that AC Mirage would likely release in Summer 2023 though.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage was first announced in September 2022 during Ubisoft Forward. It’s set to be a standalone title about Basim Ibn Ishaq, who was first introduced in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. There have been some details revealed about things like the parkour, mechanics, and gameplay, but no official reveal trailers have been released just yet.

The rumor about Assassin’s Creed Mirage’s release window comes about after a Reddit post by an anonymous GameStop employee showed a computer displaying release dates and marketing information for many games. One of the games in the image is Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which is listed for an August 2023 release according to the picture.

It’s extremely possible that the title may release later, as Ubisoft has not given a precise date and time just yet, but August does fall in the Summer release window either way.

There were rumors that recently released about Mirage stating that it could have hit a production bump and that the release date may be pushed back. However, once again, nothing is fully confirmed.
