Switzerland’s Locarno Film Festival will be taking place in August of this year, and has recently revealed the list of names that will be playing over the ten days that the festival will be running.

Brad Pitt’s Bullet Train, directed by David Leitch, will be one of the many movies to premiere at the event. The film will be released to theaters on July 15th, and many are excited for its release. It’ll star big names like Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Andrew Koji, Michael Shannon and more.

The festival will also see world premiers for many big name films that are coming to cinemas soon, including Jean Paul Civeyrac’s Une Femme de Notre Temps, Candy Land by John Swab, and Michele Vannucci’s Delta.

As for film debuts, viewers will get to see upcoming films such as A Perfect Day for Caribou, Love Dog, and Semret. As for Locarno’s open-air program, Pizza Grande, travelers will be able to catch Olivia Newman’s Where the Crawdads Sing, Anna Gutto’s Paradise Highway, Douglas Sirk’s 1958 film Imitation of Life.

As for the Concorso Internazionale sidebar, the Locarno arthouse program, viewers will get to see Declaration by Mahesh Narayanan, Sermon to the Fish by Hilal Baydarov, Il Pataffio by Francesco Lagi, Carlos Conceica’s Tommy Guns, and Nikolaus Geyrhalter’s Matter out of Place.

The festival will run from August 3rd to August 13th in Locarno, Switzerland.
