Disney has officially showed off their new The Mandalorian season 3 trailer at their D23 event yesterday, and as things stand the season is set to release in February of next year.
This is now our first official look at the show’s long-awaited new season, and we got to see all of our favorite characters throughout it. The Mandalorian, Grogu, Bo-Katan, Greef Karga, and many more familiar faces.
Season two came out all the way back in 2020, meaning it’s now been two years since we got to see an official Mandalorian season on screen (although we saw plenty of him back in The Book of Boba Fett). We saw Grogu and Mandalorian split up last time they were on screen, but it appears as though the two will be reunited, once again.
Of the many other major Star Wars updates provided, the official Andor trailer was also unveiled at the D23 event, and that will be coming to Disney’s streaming service on September 21st. The Bad Batch season two will also be coming on January fourth, of 2023. Multiple other Lucasfilm productions that are underway were showcased at D23 as well, including Ahsoka and Tales of the Jedi.
