Cricket legend Shane Warne dead at 52

Famous Australian criket-player Shane Warne was found dead in his Villa in Thailand on Friday after medical staff could not revive him. At just 52, Warne is viewed as one of the most proficient cricketers in history.

Warne had garnered an impressive 708 Test wickets throughout his career, making him the greatest in Australia history and the second best in world history. The first being Sri Lanka’s Muttiah Muralitharan.

His last sign of life was a tweet he posted as a tribute to Australian cricketer Rod Marsh who died at 74 of a heart attack. Only twelve hours later however, Warne would die of the exact same cause.

Warne’s legacy as a player is unbeaten for Australia, being named the Wisden Leading Cricketer three different times.
