An upcoming livestream by CD Projekt Red for Cyberpunk 2077 is coming next week and will cover the future of the game and what players can expect going forward.
A new episode of Night City Wire, the way CD Projekt Red communicates developer patch notes and more for Cyberpunk 2077, is coming on September 6.
No exact details have been given out just yet from CD Projekt Red about what to expect in the Night City Wire, but we anticipate that there could be more information about the next single-player DLC that is planned for Cyberpunk 2077. The DLC has been in development since the game first launched back in 2020.
The DLC was slated to launch in 2023, but that is always subject to change. Considering the fairly messy launch that Cyberpunk 2077 faced, there may not be many DLCs like this one coming to the game. The last time we had a major update for Cyberpunk 2077 was the 1.5 Patch that fixed up the playing experience on consoles.
Many major bugs were dealt with, and lots of mechanics and features were fixed in the game. I got to try out the new patch back when it came out on my Xbox Series X, and there was a dramatic improvement over the last time I had booted the game up.
The upcoming anime, Cyberpunk Edgerunners, will also be discussed during the livestream.
