Horizon Forbidden West coming to PC soon

Sony has officially announced that Horizon Forbidden West: Complete Edition is coming to PC in early 2024. It also announced a Complete Edition for the game that is coming to PS5 on October 6.

The news was shared over on the PlayStation Blog, which includes information and details about the release. The Complete Edition of the game will include the base game, of course, as well as the Burning Shores DLC. It will also come with a digital soundtrack, digital art book, the Horizon Zero Dawn Vol. 1: The Sunhawk digital comic book, and some in-game items.

If you want to know what in-game items are coming, here they are:

  • Carja Behemoth Elite outfit
  • Carja Behemoth Short Bow
  • Nora Thunder Elite outfit
  • Nora Thunder Sling
  • Apex Clawstrider Machine Strike piece
  • Extra poses and face paint for Photo Mode

The Complete Edition of the game will be about $70 USD.

Not much was shared about the PC version of the release, other than that it’s going to be coming in 2024. We do know that it is being developed by Nixxes Software, which is owned by PlayStation. It will also be available on Steam and The Epic Games Store. You can wishlist them now.

Horizon Forbidden West was considered an overall great game, but it did suffer from repetition in its open world and was unfortunately not paid much attention to as it released around the same time as Elden Ring. And well, we all know how popular Elden Ring was.
