Xbox Games Showcase 2023 confirmed day one releases on Game Pass

Xbox Game Pass is the console’s leading subscription service that offers a library of over one-hundred games to subscribers for a pretty good price each month. We’ve talked about Xbox Game Pass and our opinions on if it’s worth it or not, which you can check out here. Either way, a lot of Xbox and PC users have Game Pass because of its convenience and access to many games. Additionally, a lot of games that come to Game Pass are day one releases.

The Xbox Games Showcase 2023 was live on Sunday and it featured tons of new games from first-party and third-party developers and studios, with almost everything featured in the Showcase coming to Game Pass. Here are all the newly confirmed day one Game Pass launches:

  • Forza Motorsport (October 10)
  • Senua’s Saga Hellblade II (2024)
  • Avowed (2024)
  • Clockwork Revolution (TBA)
  • Fable (TBA)
  • Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess (TBA)
  • South of Midnight (TBA)
  • Towerborne (TBA)
  • Payday 3 (September 21)
  • 33 Immortals (TBA)
  • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 (2024)
  • Persona 3 Reload (TBA)
  • Persona 5 Tactica (TBA)
  • Still Wakes the Deep (2024)
  • Dungeons of Hinterberg (2024)
  • Jusant (TBA)
  • Cities Skylines II (October 2024)

Many of the titles are already highly-anticipated, like Starfield which was delayed some time ago for its now September release. The Starfield direct revealed plenty of information about what we can expect to see from the full release of the game, however, it will be locked at 30 FPS on console. Either way, Starfield is shaping up to be a pretty interesting game so far.
