Justice League actor Ezra Miller has recently seen a lot of controversy with new accusations coming out against them. Accusations like physical assault and grooming have all been made public as more and more evidence comes out against the actor.

One of Miller’s physical assault victims, who wishes to remain anonymous, spoke with The Trade recently. They were choked out in a bar by Miller after taking the actor’s challenge to a fight as a lighthearted joke.

The fight began after they asked Miller about visible scars they had. The actor told the victim they “were battle scars from a fight.” The person jokingly replied with “Just so you know, I could take you in a fight,” to which Miller began to actually fight him.

“I think it’s just fun and games — but then it wasn’t,” the victim told the trade. “All of a sudden, [Miller’s] on top of me, choking me, still screaming in my face if I want to fight. My friend who’s filming sees [Miller’s] obviously not joking and it’s actually serious, so he stops filming, and pushes [Miller]… Two guy friends of mine are actually holding [Miller] back as [Miller’s] screaming, ‘This is what you wanted! This is what you wanted!'”

Another victim, one in Berlin Germany, told Variety that they had a very similar encounter with Miller in which it, at first, seemed peaceful and satirical before it took a very sharp turn when they told the actor to not smoke in their home.

“That just set [Miller] off,” the victim, named Nadia, told the magazine. “I asked [Miller] to leave about 20 times, maybe more. [Miller] started insulting me. I’m a ‘transphobic piece of sh*t.’ I’m a ‘Nazi.’ It became so, so stressful for me.”

However, even with the new wave of accusations against the actor, the investment that WB pictures has put into the upcoming DC film has been too much to go back now. According to the studio it’s too much to even change Miller’s actor as well.

As a result the studio has delayed the film until 2023 but is still “committed to releasing” it.
