The awaited Ubisoft title R6 Extraction, featuring Rainbow Six Siege operators is coming right to Xbox and PC on Game Pass.
If there’s something amazing that Microsoft has done, it’s Game Pass. The subscription service is like the Netflix of the gaming world. Download games, play them at your leisure, and synchronize your progress with Play Anywhere. Plus, if you subscribe to Game Pass Ultimate, you get to use Cloud Gaming. Let’s just say, I love Game Pass as a PC and Xbox user myself.
If you’re also a fan of Rainbow Six Siege, then you’ll be pleased to hear that you won’t need to drop $40 USD to play Extraction if you already subscribe to Game Pass.
Extraction is a co-op experience where three teammates go up against alien parasites. Based off of a previous game mode called Outbreak, Extraction is bringing a PVE experience to the tactical shooter in a separate game. The price was dropped last year to $40.
Ubisoft+, the PC subscription service that allows access to Ubisoft’s games for a monthly price of $15 will also be coming to Xbox. Ubisoft did not reveal an exact date, but both it and EA Play will be on Xbox now for anyone looking to play some more of their favorite games. It was not said whether or not Ubisoft+ will be on Game Pass like EA Play; we’ll just have to wait and see.
