The DZSH Group reported earlier this week that Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a Night City Wire stream on September 6 to update fans on what’s next for the game as well as the upcoming anime, Edgerunners.
Cyberpunk 2077’s next update will also add content inspired by Edgerunners. The news comes via an Instagram post from the official Cyberpunk account that there will be two broadcasts on Tuesday. Night City Wire will begin at 5 PM CEST and the REDstream will follow. The REDstream will look more at the announcements in detail.
One of the announcements that is coming on Tuesday will provide information on Edgerunners content that is coming to Cyberpunk 2077. The anime will arrive on Netflix on September 13.
The post reads: “Wait, there’s more: REDstreams is also coming on September 6! We will be chatting with Miles Toast and Patrick Mills about all the new stuff that is about to come to Cyberpunk 2077 with the next update — including new @edgerunners-inspired content & missions, new weapons, & new features! See you on Tuesday at 5:30 PM CEST — right after Night City Wire!”
Thus far, it is speculated that the Night City Wire will reveal what the single-player DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 will be.
