Mouse Review: Roccat Kone Aimo

I love mice. I’m a big gamer and find that it’s so important to have a good mouse while gaming. I’ve been through and tried a lot of different mice and want to recommend one of my favorites. The Roccat Kone Aimo is actually my current mouse and I’ve been using it for almost a year now.

Clickability

I’ve used a lot of mice in my life, but this one is one of the greatest for clickability. The left and right mouse button are just the right sensitivity which makes it easy to play games, do work, and much more. I greatly enjoy playing video games and always find that the mouse makes a big difference in the quality of gameplay. Due to the sensitivity of this mouse, it’s perfect for quick clicking. It’s also really easy to do different methods of clicking on it like jitter clicking, butterfly clicking, and drag clicking. Overall, the clickability is great and I would give it a score of 10/10 based on clickability.

The Design

The shape of the mouse is pretty great. Though it takes a bit to get used to, I think that’s true for every mouse. Over time, once used to the shape, you’ll find your hand comfortable. The comfort associated with the mouse also brings ease of gameplay. The design on the bottom of the mouse keeps gameplay super smooth and allows the mouse to glide across your mousepad. Just beware, this mouse is wired. The different buttons on the mouse make gameplay more fun and are placed well on the mouse. My overall score for the shape is 9/10.

Program Interface

The mouse utilizes a program called “ROCCAT Swarm.” It’s very customizable in terms of sensitivity, DPI, RGB, the scroll wheel and so much more!

It’s perfect for customizing the mouse and thus far, the most interactive program I’ve had for mice. Though, it is important to note that you might have to watch a couple tutorials on how to use the program as it can be confusing. My overall score for the program’s interface is 9/10.

Durability

I’ve had this mouse for around a year now and I want to say how amazing the durability is. The mouse has fallen from me quite a couple times. It hasn’t broken, not even been affected. Plus, there isn’t a single scratch on it! The scroll wheel has stayed perfectly fine even with lots of use and the different buttons stayed intact and like new. My final score for the durability 10/10.

Final Score

This mouse is honestly great. I still use it nowadays for gaming and work. I actually used it while writing this article! The mouse is so comfortable, its just the right weight, easy to use and is very customizable. Plus, it’s affordable for everything it offers. My overall score for this mouse is,
