Halloween just got spookier and more exciting, because Xbox has actually released the Dead Space remake on Xbox Game Pass! Honestly, this is pretty exciting news, because a lot of people earlier this year were wondering if the best horror remake of 2023 would be dropping on Game Pass or not. Looks like our wishes came true because you can go download it right now.
Dead Space is an absolute classic in the survival horror genre and was initially released back in 2008. However, in 2023, EA gave us the remake of this amazing title. The remake brought with it quite a good amount of changes aside from just the obvious uptick in the visual quality.
Dead Space is about a ship engineer named Isaac Clarke who is stranded on the USG Ishimura along with his crew. The Ishimura has been taken over by terrifying and horrible creatures called Necromorphs, which are basically like zombies but with tentacles.
The Dead Space remake features some pretty terrifying visuals, lots of eerie and tense moments, and that dreaded suspense we all love with survival horror games. Expect some stress when you play this game!
If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, EA Play, or PC Game Pass, then you can go and install the Dead Space remake right now. If you own standard Console Game Pass or Game Pass Core, it unfortunately does not come with your subscription.
