Ok, enough talking about Canada. Let’s talk about Allô! Mon Coco!
Options
When I first walked in, I was overwhelmed with the service. Everyone working there was so kind and willing to come help at any second. Also, there’s unlimited coffee that you can get at ANY time with your meal. Honestly, I tried their coffee and it was so flavorful. I added the creamer and it became even better!
When I got the menu, I was surprised. It was full of lots of options. I’m not one to dislike trying different things but I just felt like the menu was too full. They had the signature breakfast part along with omelets, waffles, crepes, eggs, different sandwiches and more.
When I went, it was about half an hour before lunch time so they said it was ok to order from the lunch menu even though it wasn’t the time which I found to be a plus.
I ended up picking a sandwich and waffle plate from the breakfast menu. I have to say, I got two items because it was just soo hard to choose what to get.
Voila! The Food
The wait for food wasn’t long at all! This surprised me as I was going with a big group and the restaurant was PACKED. I’ll give you my opinion on the dishes I ordered and some pictures of other dishes.
Let’s start with what I ordered:
The ROYAL Waffle
First, I got the royal waffle. And it was absolutely MASSIVE! It tasted awesome and was rich and stuffing.
The chocolate spread was super yummy and the ice cream was a nice refresher. The bananas added a little bit of contrast with a nice and creamy texture. I can rate it a solid 9/10.
The Philly Steak Grilled Cheese
Next, I got the Philly Steak Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This was good, but it was missing quality.
The meat was a bit bland and the eggs just didn’t go along with them too well. I was excited to order this dish as it had spicy mayonnaise, but it honestly just felt like colored liquid with no flavor. They weren’t all that bad though and some bites were really good! I would have to say that the potatoes were my favorite part of the plate! I could eat those all the time! The seasoning was great and the portion felt just right. I liked the scallions in the potatoes and felt it went along with them perfectly. Lastly, I enjoyed having the fruit there as a little refresher. For the plate as a whole, I give it a 6/10.
MORE FOODDDDD!

Next time, I’ll get the second plate shown in the gallery above as the group I went with really recommended it! I advise to go and try a couple different plates and enjoy a yummy breakfast there 🙂
My Overall Thoughts:
Overall, I really love this restaurant. I’ve been here a few times and have enjoyed it every time with good service and more! I recommend mostly eating the sweets or finding a sandwich that you like! Don’t forget to enjoy the forever coffee 😉 I recommend this place especially if you’re in Canada or Quebec.
