Genshin Impact 3.0 is the next highly anticipated update for the gacha game. It’s now been confirmed that Genshin Impact 3.0 will release on August 24.

The fourth region in Genshin Impact, Sumeru, will be added on August 24 with the new update as well. The region includes a desert and rainforest that players can explore. The final element in the game is also joining, which is set to be called Dendro.

The stories will be released in groups, including 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2. The two acts are “Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark” and “The Morn a Thousand Roses Bring.”

There will also be a few patches scheduled for the game, with patch 3.1 coming out on September 28. Patch 3.2 will release on November 2 and patch 3.3 is scheduled for December 7.

Along with the regions comes some new characters that players can wish for, including Collei, Dori, and Tighnari. Zhongli, a fan-favorite, will also be returning to the wish banners for the first phase of the season.

In addition to this, there will be some smaller updates including items to reduce the tediousness of some activities. Collecting wood will become easier with The Boom of the Elder Tree. There will be an Ultra-Hot Burner Lamp to make cooking better. Also, for those out there who love fishing, a new Fishing Line Stabilizer is being added as well.
