Diablo 4 is coming out soon and it’s already available for preorder, but it’s also getting an open beta very soon. For fans of the Diablo series, this is definitely a point of excitement. Here’s what you need to know about the Diablo 4 Open Beta:

- Players who pre-ordered: March 17-19
- All players: March 24-26
What Can You Do in the Open Beta
Blizzard has confirmed that the Open Beta will give players access to the Prologue and Act 1 of Diablo 4. Players can advance to a maximum of Level 25.
If you pre-ordered Diablo 4, your progress will carry over to the next week but will not carry over when the game fully releases on June 23. Level 20 will have some sort of reward that will carry over into the full game, however.
Blizzard also confirmed that a Developer update will stream on February 28 at 11 AM PST. The devs will explain more about what we can expect to see during the Open Beta. They will also elaborate more on the stronghold and armor systems in Diablo 4.
How to Access the Open Beta
The Open Beta will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4. If you want to get Early Access, you can still preorder Diablo 4. After that, you should get a Beta Early Access code that you will be able to redeem for your chosen platform:
- Go to diablo.com/beta and log in to your Battle.net account, you will need to create one if this is your first time.
- Enter your code, select your gaming platform and region and click Redeem.
- You should see a Success page, and PC players will be given access at this stage.
- If you are requesting access for console, another code will be emailed to you closer to the start date of the Open Beta
