1. Dine at the CN Tower

The CN Tower is one of Canada’s most popular tourist attractions. It stands at 553.33 meters tall, and has a shocking amount of amenities for its height.

The massive tourist center at the top houses an award-winning restaurant, entertainment center, and more. The glass elevators are known for their insane speed, going up the tower in under a minute. Observation decks and 360-windows are all great incentives for the avid traveler.

2. See the art at the Brookfield Place

The Brookfield Place is one of Toronto’s most famous sites. The office complex, which houses the Bay Wellington Tower, is made up of two beautiful towers, alongside the six-story tall Allen Lambert Galleria.

3. Go shopping at the massive CF Toronto Eaton Center

The CF Toronto Eaton Center is North America’s busiest mall. It was built in 1977 as part of the Eaton company. The commercial sector of the mall itself has a whopping 6 stories, and that’s not even the entire facility.

With over 250 stores and restaurants to shop at, the Toronto Eaton Center should definetely be one of the main places on your list.

4. Go for a stroll in High Park

High Park is a beautiful park right in the center of town. It has everything, from fresh air to gorgeous views.

Alongside just being a beautiful place to visit, High Park has ice-skating rinks, basketball courts, nature paths, greenhouses, and a gorgeous 150-leaf maple lead in its center.

5: Catch a grand show at the Ed Mirvish Theater

The Mirvish Theater was opened in 1920 as a motion picture / play stage theater and held an impressive 3373 seats. It was Canada’s largest cinema for quite a while, with its gorgeous interior being designed by Thomas Lamb.

It was renamed the Ed Mirvish Theater in December of 2011.
