The most beloved character of the Assassin’s Creed franchise is finally making his way to the Nintendo Switch.
The game, which follows the life of Italian-born assassin, Ezio Auditore, is certainly the most beloved of the franchise. So much so, that Ezio was the only character to receive three whole games following his story (The Ezio Collection). These are: Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Its famous theme, Ezio’s Family, became featured in almost every Assassin’s Creed game following it.
The collection will also feature two short films that show the end of Ezio’s story, Assassin’s Creed: Lineage and Embers. It will also include all DLC.
The Ezio Collection will cost $39.99 on Switch as both a physical game and a digital game. Publisher Ubisoft announced that the collection will have HD Rumble, touchscreen, and an optimized HUD for the Switch.
The Nintendo Switch got Assassin’s Creed: The Rebel Collection and Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered back in 2019. The Rebel Collection featured Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag and Rogue.
The Switch version will include single-player content, but most likely not the multiplayer content introduced in Brotherhood.
