Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is fast approaching, with the beta set for next month. PlayStation players will receive access first, followed by Xbox and Windows PC. Infinity Ward shared the news during the Call of Duty League Championship (CDL Champs).

The first early access beta begins on September 16 to September 17 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 players that pre-ordered the game. All PlayStation players will have access to the open beta on September 18 until September 20.

Players who preordered on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC will get access on September 22 to September 23 for the crossplay beta. The crossplay beta for those who did not pre-order starts on September 24 and ends on September 26. All sessions begin at 1 PM ET.

Infinity Ward also announced a new map that will be playable during the beta called Grand Prix, which will be set on a racetrack.

For those who did not pre-order the game, Infinity Ward says that there are still chances to get early access beta codes. Although some were given away during the tournament, there will most likely be more chances to get beta codes from streamers and YouTubers prior to the beta.

Infinity Ward is scheduled to reveal even more about Modern Warfare II at its upcoming Call of Duty: Next Event, which includes a full multiplayer reveal. This event will take place on September 15.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is set to launch on October 28 for Windows PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Pre-orders are still open and available.
