A waterfront home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts has been listed for $15.9 million. It’s situated on 17.5 acres of land and includes a guest house that alone could be a mansion.
The home is located at Scraggy Neck Road on Red Brook Harbor in the village of Cataumet. The main residence is 9,550 square feet and was designed by Cape Cod architect Doreve Nicholaeff. The property sold for $7 million back in 2007.

The home’s location makes it secluded and ideal for quiet living, Its waterfront views are stunning, and the updates made since the estate was purchased back in 2007 definitely make it something special.
