Toronto, Canada is known for its fairly pricey apartments, especially closer to the main hub of the downtown. It’s certainly not an exception to the norm, as most cities have outrageously high prices sometimes. However, this $2 million apartment in Toronto is a bit strange for one reason: Its toilet is in the middle of the bedroom.
A TikTok posted by real estate agent @realtor.nero shows the apartment’s strange and bizarre design. The TikToker walks through the apartment, which features three narrow levels that have some minimalist decor. However, the bedroom is the part that caught everyone’s attention, as the toilet and shower are just right next to the bed.
TikTok users flooded to the comments to pitch their thoughts on the strange apartment in, with some noting that the toilet was like a jump scare. Many found the high price tag to be outrageous, considering that the kitchen is more like a kitchenette and doesn’t even include an oven.
The apartment doesn’t have appear to have any separate bathrooms, so the only place where anyone can actually use the bathroom is just in the bedroom.
That can’t be fun for guests.
TikTok comments blasted the apartment’s design, with one person calling it a “stair case” and one person asking comically: “1.95 M for this where are we in GTA5?”
